This man suffered through physical, emotional, and psychological pain his ENTIRE life . He gave his entire life serving others and entertaining the world . He was so tired but he kept going because he loved us and how he made us all feel. It took a massive toll on him and unfortunately he surrounded himself with people that would never tell him no. Otherwise they’d be cut off. He knew financially he had to perform and in his condition it was insane to add 40 shows to the 10 he had agreed to. Michael was only one person and had the weight of the world on him. I wish he had gotten the help he needed with better people in his life 🥺

Michael wouldn’t let Janet in because he did knew she was the one who would make him go right then. She probably told him if I come back you going. Plus he didn’t want her to see him like being that she was the little sister. It broke Janet’s heart, she talked about in her documentary. She didn’t understand why he agreed to see everyone but her the last time. She said “You just don’t shut family out like that” then proceeded to cry. 😢

I love me some MJ. But he’s the reason he’s not here anymore. He had a drug problem ( prescription or not) and he was in denial about his drug addiction. He needed trauma therapy and rehab.

After Pepsi commercial burn he suffered a 3rd degree burn, his scalp needed reconstruction, inability to grow hair again, severe migraines, severe insomnia, severe nerve damage. he had a chronic pain that was going to live with for the rest of his life. he didn't want to take those medications for fun so stop saying he was addicted. rehab try to reduce the dosage or change medication but he was going to remain taking them pain meds for the rest of his life. millions of people are on meds whether it's pain meds or anything other because they need them to get rid of the pain or control a certain disease. are they an addict too? nope they are not it's very sad y'all but it's life it's not fair. in my opinion MJ wasn't addicted to pain meds he needed them to control his pain. sleep pills to try to sleep since he couldn't sleep. he didn't die because of those meds, he was switched off by his doctor whom he trusted. he took those meds for 25 years and he was ok.

I need people to understand that opioid addiction is almost never the fault of the person initially. People are given highly addictive opioids for pain that are easy to get addicted to and they trust the doctor to know what they are doing but doctors tend to over prescribe them or give large amounts. This is how an opioid epidemic started in America.

Mike security said the family tried to help that one night he said at 11:00pm the family came to the house and Mike ask was Randy outside he said no then he said was Janet outside he said yes he said don’t let her in just his brothers and I remember when they said about the intervention in Vegas MJ went off on them , MJ was definitely addicted

Yes, as an addict, he “endangered himself” , that does t mean AEG wasn’t guilty of TAKEING ADVANTAGE of that condition and NEGLIGENT in dealing with it. The director of the “This Is It” tour was literally BEGGING them to help him and they PURPOSELY rejected doing so. They literally told the director to stop playing Doctor.

This is probably why he didn’t want to do the tour with the siblings. He knew they was gone be on ass trying to get him help and he wasn’t trying to hear that. Also, if he had toured with the siblings more than likely they were not going to be Yes, people and was going to make him be accountable.

As a kid I didn’t understand how people can get addicted to pain meds but as an adult I get how pain that people can’t see or feel can be consuming and you can’t function. I get massive headaches so I can’t imagine MJ dealing with that constant pain at such a young age. It still amazes me his creativity wasn’t suppressed by his pains.

Sadly that’s how addiction works they in denial and they don’t want the help but they can’t helps by themselves either so is very difficult for the families to deal with that situation he needed someone stronger than him to make him go and he needed psychologist too for his mental health, this right here broke my heart poor Michael at least he resting in peace and without pain ☹️☹️💔💔
