I know this is going to sound so toned out coming from a white woman because I don't live in the same reality, but I am genuinely shocked this happened at Bliss Fest. I have gone the last few years and some artists that I really love play there and literally every single set I saw people were singing about how fucked up our world is and fascism and all this shit. Also the fact that this is a camping festival with minimal electricity makes it even scarier for something like this to happen.

I heard the 911 call, everyone was saying he had a mental break or bad trip and did it to himself. Several calls. But I also read they weren’t sure due to so many different versions being posted online and it was making this difficult to investigate. You have to remember, we have very, very small police forces and even our MSP posts here are small.

As a local who live very close to where bliss fest is/was held it is being talked about. I think it’s just going a little different because of what just happened at EF with that baby. A bunch of people were attacking a person they THOUGHT had the baby.
