I love a good transition, and working on forearm balancing in this way has helped me gain more awareness of what my body is doing and what it needs. Moving from a supported headstand, release the hands from the bsck of the head and plant them firmly to the ground. Adjust your forearms as necessary, and when you’re ready, push the ground away and begin to lift your head. Try different leg variations that support your balance and your alignment as you push the ground away from you and truly engage the hell out of your arms and shoulders.
