My opinion, but it seems like people only focus on the early years of having children. When you raise children to be successful adults, they actually add more value to the family then people anticipate they take away. ....... Children are long-term goals, kids are valuable, and valuable people require intention, sacrifice and commitment. They're not short term solutions.

My mother said this to me, but she said it in such a degrading way that it made me feel bad about myself as a child. She said to me, me and your father would have money if we didn’t have you kids… and honestly I’m 44 years old and I believe this was a lie. Bad money management creates poverty doesn’t matter what rates you are. Bottom line my mother and father were bad with money to the point where they stole me and my brother and my sister‘s identity opening up credit cards and losing our houses and everything else etc. Bad money management creates poverty bottom line.

I completely disagree. If god give you kids, he will give you opportunities to grown them too. I made the most money in my life after I had my baby. She is the reason I am disparate to push myself to higher income faster than ever.
