If you are taking methotrexate, it's a chemo drug. You will lose hair. I refuse to take it for my psoriasis for that same reason I'm a cancer survivor. I don't wanna lose my hair again if I can help it.

This is what eventually worked for me but took an age for the doctor to prescribe - Enstilar 0.5 mg/g cutaneous foam. Now I'm on Nizoral weekly / daily to just manage it.
