It’s boxing for example you’re more likely to be knocked out by a punch you don’t see or unprepared for so hitting your head hard and unexpectedly it would knock you out most likely or concussed

To cope, I just say they slowed the fight down, and after Shikamaru threw his shuriken, he quickly bent backwards, giving more impact to the girl, hitting her head, cause, as you can see, he's on all fours backwards now. Imagine her doing the same thing while being restricted, so she's being forced to go against the rock without any security cause she didn't know she was there, but it looks like it would hurt a lot , but not knock you out 😭, plot armor king shikamaru
