Every time I have gone, food is cold, under seasoned, and way too expensive

Went yesterday, wait was close to two hours, offered to let us sit at the bar, told them we were underage and thanked us for being honest as we look mature, then offered to let us sit at the bar or the back of the boat right inside the door, sat 20-30 mins with no server so they comped our appetizer, gave us extra rolls and every manager and our server was serving us lol. Started out great and got better

Hi does anyone know that if I book online I can request outdoor seating? Really want a view overlooking the lake but not sure if that is only for walk-ins
