Wait, bicarbonate of soda and vinegar neutralize each other. When you mix them, they react and cancel each other out. The fizzing you see is the reaction happening. So, if you put both in the same bucket, the bicarbonate of soda won’t work properly, and the vinegar won’t either. You'll only be left with water and acetate. It's better to just soak your feet with bicarbonate of soda alone for 15 to 20 minutes
