This is user error, not the stencils fault. Someone didn’t do their research before starting a diy 😬

Who told you to use a roller for stencils???? for stencils, there's a stencil brush, and you pat, you don't roll

Always paint white or color of base first then the paint on color 😁

Gotta apply it with barely any paint, like super thin layer! I too have made that mistake 😅

thats such a simple shape. take it back to elementary school....cut it into a potato, then mark out your points and just stamp it. 👍😂

All stencils work the same no matter where you get them. It amazes me people immediately blame anything but themselves

Hi 🙋♀️ Reyna :
You have to paint it with the original color first to make it look sharp after it then paint it with the color your going for

my $45 stencils from Amazon did it too but it’s because I don’t have the patience to do it correctly and take my time. Honestly, unless I’m close up, I don’t barely notice it. I started this is April and still haven’t finished the hallway. I’ve started other projects instead.

Baby use a sponge blotting brush, it’s like a beauty blender for paint!

First layer should be wall color. Then the color you want

Stencils are hard to use. they bleed through the edges if you don’t have it fully adhered to the surface. When I used to make wooden signs I would put some mod podge around the stencils to make sure they’re fully stuck down so no gaps would form. Clean lines every time. Try again!

spray adhesive the stencil then you can peel and stick and the lines will be crisper

this happens even with non temu stencils there is a lot of prep work needed to use stencils without bleeding

Use spray adhesive to stick the stencil to the surface, paying attention to sticking down details or small parts. That will stop the paint from seeping and you can peel off the stencil if you get a low tack glue.

try a different applicator, you want to dab, not roll or swipe

I keep a paper plate beside me and get the excess paint off before I roll it on the stencil
