@aqeelproperty: Nearly there on this one. Honestly, the refurb's basically done. The only real decision left - apart from the refinance - is carpet. Upstairs hallway, the landing, and three bedrooms. Just need to lock in a colour and get it ordered. Might snap a picture and get ChatGPT to throw some combinations at me. Or I'll put it up on my Instagram and let you lot decide. After that? Plinth in at the bottom, a final clean - though the builder keeps it so tidy his own house must be spotless - and building control sign-off for the bracket in the attic. And then I'm done. It's looking really good. Really tidy. Made up with how this one's come together. What colour carpet would you go for?🤔 #aqeelproperty #property
