spot on. I'm 29 and I just realised a lot of these things. well done. what I recently realized about diet is try to follow as closely to prophets diet as possible. I've been researching about this a lot recently. did you hear the hadith about "the stomach is the house of disease". that means fast as much as you can. we love to graze nowadays but that's not the way. and to eat much less... I could go on about it. I'm glad you touched on this.
