I think managers should have to do a couple tours a week. When i was a leasing agent my manager did not do 1 tour the entire time i was there. If she was alone she would make an appointment for a day i was there .. but then would proceed to steal the move in because “she talked to them first” and from what ive heard, it’s like this in a lot of communities too!
