Aunty you are so sweet. My mom got sick when I was 11 and now has a very advanced neurological disease 25 years later. Because of that she was in India for so much of my life and I still understand gujarati but I miss the family so much and can’t speak it fluently. Hope your family is always healthy and happy like this - and thank you for the recipes because my mom never got to teach me. 🩷 I’m having a papdi no lot craving and will try your recipe. 😊
