I'm a month pp after my 3rd C-section and plus size, in the 3 under 5 club. However pee pregnancy I'd be going to the gym and trained right up to 35 weeks which I definitely believe has helped my recovery be so smooth this time round 😞

I’m 7 months pp from my 2nd csec as a plus size girl. My eldest was about to turn 4. I felt so good for the first week and overdid it so much that I was in agony in the second week. So def go slow with your big girlie. Also I had a pico dressing and you can take unplug the monitor for a shower so it’s just the wire in the shower! One of the midwives taught me how to detach and reattach it. Good luck xx

I would be interested. I’m 30 weeks pregnant with breach baby and might need to have c section. I’m worried about recovery with my belly overhang as it’s quite big - I also have a 2 year old this time too 🙈🙈
