@elle_lkg: CANNOT BELIEVE how many responses I am getting now 🫠 1. Don't use Canva. It's not Al friendly. I made my new one in Google Docs. 2. Keep it one column. Al scanners struggle with 2 columns. 3. Have a short personal summary at the top that starts with a simple sentence stating your "title", how long you've been doing it, and the specific subject you've used it in. (E.g. social media manager with 4 years experience in food e-commerce) 4. Adjust that opening sentence for every job you apply to 5. Bold key words in bullet points in your previous role (s) that directly apply to the role you're applying to (e.g. managed social calendar) good luck baddies!!!! 💕😘
