she was clearly very drunk or on some kind of drug. Any other time you hear through my training I believe your under the influence of something. she was tased and took off pants then started beating him. I understand why he shot her but I firmly believe that all police training, that includes psychiatric all the way down to driving should be completely redone, all new. Cops are trained to shot to fast or they are to scared. They aren't trained properly for this type of situation
