while the winters can be rough in Vermont, truly, it's a nice place to live if you want land and nice places to do things outdoors. plus we don't have to deal with hurricanes, not that many tornados, normally we don't get much and like our biggest worry is flooding and winter storms, otherwise it's nice.

We just started looking at colorado. the winters aren't as bad in the southeast, and actually northeast. and you can get a decent amount of land. good luck, wherever you go! your videos make me want to get back out on the road🚐

I might suggest like Spanish Fork Utah or Ephraim Utah... about halfway between desert and valley with beautiful mountains and hikes and national parks everywhere, lots of room to stretch out too.
