I made your homemade bread recipe yesterday and somehow I managed to slightly over knead it, since I’m doing it the manual mix way. Bread turned out amazing just didn’t rise as high as I liked. So my question is, do you need to knead for 8 minutes or is less okay if the dough comes together in 5 minutes?
