I don't understand why black holes don't expand at an exponential rate and consume the universe. Given that their core are "infinitely dense"

What actually are gravitational waves? Like what would happen if you were too close to them? Would you get spaghettified or something?

neutron star mergers are far more useful though, gives us the heavy elements

I want to know what happens to their angular momentum! Does the resulting BH spin equal their pre-merger momenta combined? If so, what if they’re both spinning at 0.999C to start with?

Birdman Attorney at Law :
I understand gravity bends spacetime and those bends move at the speed of light, but why a wave? Why not just a singular blast? Wave implies an over and undershooting like waves on flexible fabric.

Since gravity waves can propagate, would it fit into the category of a field? Like the higgs field.

I think if the main orbit was a “Tanœquibit” it would be progressive towards being since near a unit intime
