That’s right. I’m 78 years old, retired 12 years , my hair totally gray and I’m living my best life. My level of confidence is even higher than when I was younger. I have released the stresses of the world and things I can’t change. I move with purpose ( I do strength training three times a week and walk at least three miles each day) . I have gained so much wisdom getting to where I am and I will continue to celebrate me and my community of older women. I/ we have nothing to prove. I’m thankful to be alive, living independently and doing what I want ( within the law) and just being a badass boomer. Let’s do it ladies 🥰🥰🥰
