@joshuadent_: Sometimes you have to do what’s right, even when it doesn’t make you another dollar. I had a client who wanted to keep their old condenser disconnect to save a little money. After looking it over, I knew it needed to be replaced. Instead of charging them extra, I went ahead and installed a new one at no cost. I’ve learned that not every job is about squeezing every dollar out of it. Sometimes it’s better to pass on a small profit and earn a client’s trust instead.
