As a ex HEB shopper it’s annoying when the customerrrr is in the way we got 12 orders and 30 minutes to an hour to shop them all and some of y’all don’t know how to stick to one side of the damn aisle so please show some respect to these people we’re just doing our job😭😭

A “dry” set up cart used to be 12 slots for 12 people but some people need two slots so a cart could anywhere from about 4 people to 12 people being replaced from entering the store, now they have added dividers and they are 24 slots, that’s 24 people who do not come and add foot traffic to the store, so each shopper and cart you see is effectively 24 people. That being said, imagine trying to get through the check out line with 10 heb shopers shopping equaling roughly 200 people in the hour that curbside is timed on completing tasks? That’s a long wait time at the register

Trust me we feel the same way. Always standing in the way, staring at the same place for 20 mins just to walk away and not get anything. Or telling us to move while we are LITERALLY doing our job.

Please try to not record the partners there for privacy reasons! We try our best to not block people, but when it is busy it can be hard and we try to park at the end of aisles. This usually isn’t an issue when it’s not busy, trust me we are trained not to make it harder for customers to shop as well.

they are doing better, those curbside shoppers provide a service that helps everyone. Those shoppers keep the store from being even more packed.

Curbside can shop for 24 people at a time so we’re keeping 24 people out of your way. if the store is busy just think curbside is 10 times busier. they also come in an hour before the store opens. they are just trying to do their job…

We do not call out HEB workers for doing their jobs. I’m never in that big of a hurry where they need to get out of my way. You don’t see them on their phones texting, nor wearing pj bottoms to work.

Hi. Curbside lead here! We are all doing the same exact thing everyone else is doing in the store just shopping for multiple customers at once. That’s why the carts are so big. These are customers who are choosing to use our curbside service so they don’t have to go in store during the BUSIEST time of the week. 😊

Besides the height, that cart is the same dimensions as a shopping cart. They’re shopping for 12 people at a time girl.. you could have 12 people standing there? HEB is DOING better by providing a service that helps people like new mothers, seniors, ect, ect.
