نعم كلامك مغلوط عليه قطر بدات نهضتها العمرانية من بدايه السبعينات وتطورت في الثمانينات لكن كانت مغلقه على نفسها من تولى سمو الأمير الشيخ حمد الحكم كان يريد يحولها الي بلد صناعي اعتمادها على دخل بالصناعه والتجاره وليس على النفط والغاز وهذا يتطلب انفتاح سياسي واقتصادي وثقافي وتغير القوانين مما اضطرت تتغير 180 درجه وتم استحداثها وهدم المباني القديمه والأحياء القديمه

لمن لايعرف قطر تروا النهضة الشاملة بدأت من بداية الخمسينيات من القرن الماضي وزادت في الستينيات والسبعينيات ومابعدها لكن الطفره الشاملة على جميع الأصعدة بداية ال ٢٠٠٠ انطلقت النهضة بشكل كبير وخلال فترة قصيرة أصبحت قطر كما هي الآن وستستمر قطر في السير قدما بحول الله وقوته
