I’m crazy but I’ve seen that from his face and his families faces they have a bit of a a recessed jaw/bite issue genetically. It’s a shame they did extractions especially given his profession a better airway would be so important for him. He needs more expansion

“Imagine a ball to the face” - i had that happen to me at school when i had braces & it cut my lip then the hook on my canine kept getting caught in it every time i tried to talk. Try telling ur dad u ur school bus broke down on ur way home holding ur lip trying to talk.
