she KNEW what she was signing up for. she signed up for training, was told it wouldn’t be a survival show, and it was. SHE HAD LITERALLY DONE THIS BEFORE with the same company. idk why she thought magically things would be different.

Lexi first left the DA because they didn’t tell her that they are doing a survival show which is her right to voice her concerns . She also said she left the group bc she and the company have different ideas which means she was promised by hybe again on something and it made her be in this group but then hybe now doing whole different plan she didn’t like.

Even more so than in America, Europeans have strong expectations about work/life balance. Here 35-37 hours a week are standard full-time hours for almost all jobs and anything above that is compensated with high overtime pay. If you're sick then you take sick leave and you're paid your full salary up to 6 months.

while some Americans are aware of their labour rights, I actually think a lot of American labour rights are just as lacking as SKoreas, which is why I think Lexie and Manon are the ones (possibly) leaving and not the rest of Saint Satine/Katseye because they are Europeans who have better work life balance and labour laws compared to America. I think the rest of the girls still seem to have that "I'll do anything to make it" mindset
