The reason why people "wash" their rice is to remove the starch so it cooks fluffier and not so gummy. Not necessarily because its dirty. You won't get sick or die cause of that

the fact that yall wash your chicken to prevent salmonella, not realizing that washing it actually makes the chances higher of doing the exact opposite. If you don’t want salmonella or the lowest chance of it, DONT WASH YOUR CHICKEN. google is free 😭

You probably shouldn’t use the same tray with raw & cooked chicken. That can cause contamination. I’m not sure if you washed it but I just wanted to be helpful
