Just Get up and do it!!! every single day I want to cry and do nothing but there is no way I'm going to let my child seemed wallow in my misery she don't deserve that so I make it a point to get up and do what is needed. Some days are worse & I litterly can not even brush my teeth but girl push on and stop allowing your children to see this way of life.
