Check out Costco and aldi on 116 on a Monday mornings. Where you’ll see nyc star chefs picking up their premade and frozen “specials” for the week. You’re not still ordering that mini croissant pair at Buvette still are you. How about the fake Sicilian coffee shops that have popped up all over nyc in the past three years? If you knew who was funding that fakery it would freeze your blood into a Frappuccino.
