someone asked me to work sat night for them. He wanted to be with his kids that weekend for some event. that was my only weekend off. when i came in that night he was on the lineup. He picked up that day extra. never again

My last job I ALWAYS switched when someone asked. I think there was like one time I said no and it was because I had a drs appt that day and it was like a couple of days beforehand. No one ever switched with me
