I find the meat, dairy and pantry staples are best value. it's the random looking yums that push the trolley price up. we are monthly shoppers, so find that Costco works for us budgeting wise in that aspect.

Family of 5 here!! Frozen mince pre portioned into 250g packs, bacon, chicken breast, nappies, dog biscuits, unsalted butter, cheeses, flours, maple syrup, chocolate chips, peanut butter, toiletries all Costco staples for us now the past 6 months - I compare prices for everything and shop around lol

We only buy meat from Costco! Mince like you got and seperate to 500g, also the chicken do the same thing! Plus we also buy steak and chuck because so much better meat and long run it’s cheaper!!!
