There is a similar one to wandering merchant charm but as a undershirt you can head to 608, 304 you have to break 3 rocks that is glowing blue this undershirt just give the heat and cold resistance 3

Those first two charms are useless together level 3 heat or cold is all you need… vanguard charm is the right choice only
