Ok so i know all this. I do. The lack of knowledge isn't the problem. The problem is the attachment. The fact my nervous system still revolves around them. The fact that 7 months later while he's with someone new I still have thin strings of hope attached to that terrible relationship we had. It's not like I don't try. I do the things you're supposed to do to move on and yet he's the first thing on my mind when I lay into bed.
