I was disappointed that the “Nobody” scene with the cyclops wasn’t included. I feel it’s a very pivotal point in realizing that Odysseus is cunning and tricky, and it’s truly when he starts to openly defy the gods and cause his return to go awry. Especially because as they escape Odysseus can’t help but shout his true name, revealing to Poseidon who actually has hurt the cyclops

That scene with Circe was NOT CGI!!! It was all practical effects and camera angles. They made the pig heads malleable so that she could squish and mold them on top of the actors. The fact that it wasn’t CGI makes it even cooler!!!
