Yes, the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) announced plans to connect its tokenized securities platform to the public Stellar (XLM) blockchain. The integration, expected to go live in the first half of 2027, will allow real-world securities custodied by the DTCC to be tokenized on the Stellar network

You are uninformed on the infrastructure Ripple has purchased. Ripple does not “dump” XRP. Every dollar from escrow sales has gone into building and acquiring the exact infrastructure required for institutional-scale settlement. That capital bought the stack. Ripple Treasury is now connected to over 12,000 SWIFT-linked banks and was announced as a SWIFT Certified Partner in April. Ripple Payments already processed more than $16 trillion in bank payment volume in the past year on infrastructure Ripple owns. The rails are ready for XRPL/XRP onboarding at any time. DTCC’s own patents name XRP and XRPL directly as the bridge asset in their settlement architecture. Full tokenization production is scheduled for this October. XRP is divisible to the drop (one millionth of a unit). That is not marketing. It is the precision required for banks to move billions without slippage while the unit price itself can sit far higher. XRPL is a finished superhighway: licensed, cleared, connected, and tested. The cars have not been let on yet. That is not failure. That is the build phase ending and the onboarding phase about to begin. The infrastructure is ready. XRPL is ready for volume from the existing infrastructure. The switch is configuration, not construction.
