I know this is off topic but I just want to say how incredibly happy I am to see that you haven’t stopped creating. Your film brother bear changed my life and I’m so grateful for you, I would watch it on repeat over and over and over again and never get sick of it. I’m going to animation university next year and I really do have to thank you for giving us all such beautiful films that you’ve worked on to inspire us. You’re truly an inspiration

It reminds me of Puff the Magic Dragon, when Jackie Paper grows up and stops coming to see Puff. That traumatised me as a child and I still feel that same aching pain when I think of it today, even though I know it was fiction! I like how you continue the whales story with the boys grandchild. It's beautiful but still all a little too sad for me.

I think it's one of the most meaningful and beautiful stories I've seen in a long time, it shows that a human lifetime doesn't finish at its end but it starts a new chapter, and it's the best way anyone could have shown that! I would LOVE to see it fully animated🥰 Also I'm a big fan of your work!!😁
