Plan a trip. Every time you get the urge to buy something, do research about stuff to do/see/eat/drink on you trip. Does this actually save money? Who knows? Who cares! It feels GREAT!

saved $6k once.. then my AC went out in my car and I had to move. saved another $3k. then my radiator and spark plugs needed replacing. saved another $2k.. there goes the POWER STEERING 😭

That’s kinda how I feel about my weight/ dieting. I need to be healthier - but the only thing that makes me happy is food. I don’t drink, I don’t smoke/ vape. I don’t do drugs, I don’t gamble often .. food is all I have?!!
