EVERY morning I wake up with both hands and even sometimes my entire arms completely asleep! And it takes a long time to get feeling back. I have 2 autoimmune diseases but doctors don't know why I in my 50's suddenly developed severe scoliosis and extreme pectus Excavatum . I also have every spine condition known, from stenosis to spondylitis, slipped and bulging discs, fused spine at the neck 🤷♀️all within just a few years 😩
