@fieldsoverfluorescents: Today wasn’t a lazy Sunday. I worked. A lot. But this time, it was a choice. I front-loaded my week so Monday wouldn’t feel like I was already behind. I still cleaned the house. I still planned ahead. I still prepared for the week. The difference? I wasn’t doing it because Monday was stealing my Sunday. I was doing it because I wanted to give my future self a little more peace. I’ve learned there’s a big difference between preparing from anxiety… …and preparing from intention.
