BS!!! Blocking these energy leeches is worthy. It is to protect YOUR peace and mental health! They'll continue to contact you, bread crumb you to no ends, and manipulate you to the best of their unstable selves. Block and delete these selfish folks as if they never existed! I've done it, including completely deleting my social media he had!I've had not one regret or care has to how he feels! Your nervous system and mental health will thank you 😊.

i block for my peace, not as them to learn something or to come back. i think they hate the most when u block them. from my own experience. if y don't see anything, they consider u're ok and they still have access to u and will always try to contact u. if they are blocked they lose their access to u. so yes, block them!
