I collect NuTone gear from that era. I have a complete set up of the NuTone counter insert blender, with mixers, grinders, food processor etc. I also have two complete full home audio/intercom systems from 1954, one is the tube gear, one is solid state. Both have the radio, intercom, and turntable, with the additional pull out for records.

Had one in the house I grew up in right over the stove. It did a great job with exhausting cooking steam and smoke. However, it was my job to clean it every summer. That was not fun reaching over the stove from inside and on a ladder from outside.
