There’s racism without power u don’t need power to be a racist , like the definition explains but working in an inner city school district I have black kids that tell me I’m a racist cause I’m white they are black and I told them to get to class. Now I asked them if u call someone a racist u have back that up with proof to show I am a racist. Now at the time I had a black principal and worked with several black co-workers. I tried to tell the kids if I was a true racist my beliefs as a racist would not allow me to have a boss who was black or work alongside other black people but the kids couldn’t comprehend this so the called me the N word. I feel today too many young black kids call white people racist because it’s just easy to use the word and they are not using it correctly but they feel they are when it comes to black vs white.

The only people that have any power in this country are wealthy people, so are you saying poor white people aren’t racist since there’s no power to speak of? When Barack Obama was president, were bad things that were said about him because of his race not actually racism since he had more power than them?
