@sethboylan: crudite class is in session!! 🥒🥕🫑🫜 storage tips: - if assembling and serving within the hour, you can cover the platter with damp paper towels so the vegetables don’t dry out and wilt. - if cutting vegetables ahead of time, you can store the carrots, radishes and beets in ice water. The peppers, cucumber, endive can be stored in a dry container. Everything kept in the refrigerator until you need for up to 2 days.
