This doesnโt necessarily mean that sheโs not currently pregnant. It just means she doesnโt think that she was pregnant. But sheโs been having babies literally all of her life. I donโt think they were using any form of birth control. She probably doesnโt know if sheโs pregnant or not until she starts to show a lot or have a lot of symptoms. it is possible that the jail tested her and found out that she was pregnant. I think we donโt really know in either direction.

Mistakes happen! You always keep things honest and upfront. It happens to the best of us. ๐ and also maybe Elizabeth circled โnoโ on the document not knowing she was pregnant and her test came back positive after. I appreciate you always being honest.๐

In my experience with California jails is that they do a pregnancy test when you get to jail and the intake forms are done after. I know this is a different state but I can't imagine they do it much different. It's very unlikely they would do a new pregnancy test on her unless there was a health issue.
