It's Amazing what you can do with Cardboard and some Imagination. I turned an old box into this door for bookweek I started by keeping two sides of the box attached. Traced out an inner arch which would be the door that opens and closed. I then traced out another arch above the first one to give it a border around the door and the overall design an arched look. I used wood look contact paper from @bunnings and cut it into strips to create a wood plank look and placed them over the front of the door verticaly. I then added two panels horizontal to resemble more like a door. I used my @cricut_anz to cut out a door lock and hinges, along with the secret garden plaque I found a secret garden image online and printed it at @officeworksfor inside the door when it opens. I used cardboard paper to cover the inside of the door and the back of the door initialy but i then went back and added the same wood contact paper to the inside of the door too. What i didnt shoot: I cut out a cardboard rectangle and covered it in the wood look contact paper to create a plaque and the added

I also added faux vine and simply used hot glue to secure it to the front of the door. Once that was done i poked a hole near the door lock and threaded through some fishing line securing it to the back so she could use this to pull the door open and closed. At the back of the door i added ribbon in an X shape to be able to be worn like an apron. Let me know if you have any questions
