The rehearsal in the mind is a playback the enemy uses to distance us from God. While, we replay old wounds, problems and anger we are blinded. The enemy will send people to steal our peace and heighten our problems. This reminds me of the book of Job. Everyone around Job focused on Job's problems and even his wife tried to influence him to curse God. Yet, Job still worshipped and praised God. Stand ten toes down like Job! I use worship music to silence the noise and I worship God in the middle of it. God is my peace. 🙏
