I swear that I’ve been getting 16oz rolls of ground turkey from there too, and that usually cooks down to about 11-12oz. But the last two times I’ve cooked it, it’s only 9oz. They’re pumping meat full of water to up the weight!

I’ve been buying my meat in bulk from the butcher or Costco . I just freeze it and it’s been saving money and I know what I’m getting . I understand everyone most likely won’t buy in bulk but it works for me and my family.
