I never put my child in daycare . worked opposite of my husband or worked from home . not wasting my check on childcare when needed for bills . I dont think parents realize they literally are working to pay daycare .

People. Please sit down snd do a monthly budget “before” getting pregnant. Ladies if you have to work then you definitely need to be concerned about cost. Also consider loss of income if you or your spouse lose a job or take a reduction in pay. My sister works in day care in CT in an affluent area. They’re paying thousands a month for multiple kids. It’s not a game.
