Ppl trippin in the comments. The percent/raises & bonus pay is great for class C drivers. Not class A. Plus they don’t have to pay insurance, maintenance or fuel.

guys doin good no over head etc. 1800-2000k a week plus my guy give out bonus! some 53ft dry van dont do that with bonus plus he doesn't have to do that one thing he said drivers are the backbone of the company pay close attention to that because they are! without them truck doesn't turn nothing so yes he fully understand his business and yes you can get more on 53ft side it a big difference in truck length!
