I know space might be a problem, and you might already know this, but if you make the tart dough ball a little thinner it will cool quicker, you can also pop it in the freezer for 25 mins max at a time 🫶🏻:) -aspiring pastry chef

As a baker for a hobby, anything you need to chill is always going to take longer than you think. Add 30-60+ minutes on top at the very least, and start in the freezer first, then move to the fridge.

You have to make red velvet pancakes and for the topping do Marscapone mixed with lemon juice/zest and powdered sugar. It’s so delicious! I cheat and use a boxed red velvet cake mix and tweak it a bit to make it into pancakes. It’s such a hit and the topping isn’t too sweet
