went through this 2 years ago with my dad, he passed 2 years ago today. He got Peg tube and was gone in 2 weeks. The day we let him go he said "If I was going to pass anyway I wish I could have eaten what I wanted these last 2 weeks" he was aspirating as well. Praying for you.

Being in healthcare, and talking to families about these hard decisions comes “naturally “ to us but when it comes to our own family it’s so very hard even though we know all the answers to the decisions.
